Full Use

Operational implementation for law firms

Finish what you started.
Get what you paid for.

Your firm has already invested in the software, systems and improvements it needs. But when implementation stalls, the expected benefits never materialize. Full Use helps finish those projects by completing the setup, testing the workflow, training your staff and making sure the solution is ready to use.

Full Use initially serves law firms and professional businesses throughout Greater Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Started, then stalledFinished, tested, in use
“If I could take one unfinished implementation project off your desk, complete the setup, train your staff, and demonstrate that it works, what would you choose?”
The question we ask at the start of every conversation. The answer is usually the project.

The investment was made. The implementation never got finished.

Worthwhile operational projects rarely fail because they were bad ideas. They stall because of competing priorities, staff turnover, insufficient training or unclear responsibility. The firm keeps paying for the tool while the work it was meant to replace is still done by hand.

The rollout that got paused

A practice-management or intake system was purchased and partly set up. Then a trial date moved, the quarter got busy, and the setup never resumed.

The person who owned it left

One staff member understood the project and the system. When they moved on, nobody picked up where they stopped, and nobody wrote down where that was.

The feature no one was trained on

The subscription includes document automation, task routing or a client portal. The firm pays for it every month. Staff still do the work by hand because nobody showed them another way.

The improvement nobody owns

Everyone agrees the matter-opening process should be cleaner. It has been on the agenda for a year. It is not anyone’s job to finish it.

Not every firm has these problems. Most have at least one project like this somewhere on the list.

We do the work needed to finish the job.

Full Use identifies the remaining work, confirms it is feasible with the software and permissions you already have, completes the agreed configuration, tests the results and trains the people responsible for using the system.

You receive a working process and staff who know how to run it, not a lengthy report recommending what someone should do next.

  • We work with what you own.

Your existing software, subscriptions and people. We are not here to sell you a new platform.

  • We take responsibility for finishing.

One accountable person with a defined scope, instead of one more item on an administrator’s list.

  • We prove it works before we leave.

Testing against agreed acceptance criteria, a demonstration to your team, and written documentation.

How it works

Four steps, in plain terms. The detailed version is on the How It Works page.

01

Identify the project

Tell us what was started, where it stalled and what you wanted it to accomplish.

02

Define the work

We evaluate the existing systems, identify dependencies and establish a clear scope and measurable outcome.

03

Finish the implementation

We complete the agreed configuration, coordinate with designated staff and test the workflow.

04

Train and hand off

We demonstrate the result, train your team and provide documentation so the improvement can continue operating.

Illustrative examples

The kinds of projects we finish

These are categories of work we are built to complete. They are examples of service scenarios, not descriptions of completed client engagements.

Client intake and matter-opening workflows

Administrative task routing and follow-up

Document collection and internal handoffs

Existing practice-management software configuration

Staff training and adoption of previously purchased tools

Completion of unfinished workflow improvements

What is actually achievable depends on your software, subscription edition, permissions and technical environment. We confirm feasibility before we propose a scope, and we do not promise that a particular integration or automation will work until we have checked it against your setup.

What's the one project your firm never quite finished?

Describe it in a few sentences. We will tell you candidly whether it is something we can finish, and if so, what the next step would be.
